Carpet Specialist Training
This class develops a seasoned Aisle Carpet Specialist team. The program is designed to provide individuals with a solid foundation and set them up for success as a member of the Aisle Carpet Team. This class will cover the fundamentals of column/doorway cutting, top cutting, laying aisles, seams, etc. The class will count as 4 hours worked under the Deco Contract.

Helper Class
For individuals who have achieved 500 hours working under the Deco Contract, this class reinforces the basics of the tradeshow industry and broadens them to cover all aspects of work under the Deco Contract. Students will learn floor marking, graphics, advanced carpet and other common tasks encountered on the show floor. This class will count as 16 hours worked under the Deco Contract.
Duration: 16 Hours (Two 8 hour days)

Journeyman Class
The Journeyman Class is for individuals with 1000 hours under the Deco Contract; providing them with a greater understanding of the skills and knowledge required. Graduates of this class are expected to demonstrate a firm grasp of all common tasks and exhibit proficiency with the esoteric jobs occasionally encountered. Graduates assist helpers and new hires learn the craft and are tasked with passing on those skills. This class will count as 32 hours worked under the Deco Contract.

Roberts Rules of Order
This is a 4 hour class covering the basics of Roberts Rules of Order. The first half of the class will focus on how to ATTEND a meeting and provide the basic skills required to properly participate, including how to make motions, special requests, and voting.
The second half of the class will concentrate on FACILITATING a meeting including information on how long members should be allowed to speak, when and how they should be recognized and what is not to be allowed during a meeting.
Both halves will include an instructional period as well as a practical demonstration.
This class will count as 4 hours worked under the Deco Contract.

First Aid/CPR/AED
Designed to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.

OSHA 10
OSHA 10-Hour Construction training is designed for entry-level workers in construction, demolition, building development and other fields in the construction industry This class is tailored to the tradeshow industry. .

OSHA 30
OSHA 30 Hour training prepares workers, managers, and employers to recognize, avoid, abate, and prevent health and safety hazards commonly encountered on the show floor.

Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Certification
MEWP certification is the training, instruction, and evaluation process to ensure anyone that operates a mobile elevating work platform (aerial lift, scissor lift, man lift, boom lift, cherry picker, etc.) is fully trained on the most up-to-date safety standards.

Forklift Certification
Ensures employees have the aptitude, knowledge and safety standards in order to operate a forklift without risk of injury to personnel or damage to company property.
This course will certify that students have been presented with and understand the principles of safe forklift operations and have demonstrated a level of proficiency.

Floormarking
Designed specifically for seasoned tradeshow workers, this comprehensive course is aimed at enhancing your knowledge and skills in floor marking techniques. In this class, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of floor marking, including the various types of materials, tools, and techniques used in the industry. We will delve into the importance of effective floor marking. This class will provide you with hands-on training, giving you the opportunity to practice and refine your floor marking skills. Throughout the course, we will discuss best practices for floor marking in different types of tradeshow environments, taking into consideration factors such as booth layouts and compliance with safety regulations.
